  • The total distance covered and current journey distance.

Whenever you purchase one of our stunning electric bikes, you have the chance to send it back to us within 14-days if you are unhappy. You can use this form to apply for a refund or exchange.

We will happily accept bikes back only if they are in a condition that is fit for sale, with every part intact. if you have already used the bike on the road, a 15% restocking fee may be charged.

We keep you covered with our various warranties. The controller, charger and throttle are fully protected with a 12-month warranty whereas the battery and electric motor are covered for 2 years. The frame has a 3-year warranty cover.

At Plugin Bikes, we take extra care in our packaging. However, if your bike is damaged in transit, please notify us within 24 hours.
